Warranty & Repair Policy

We stand behind our work and offer a warranty on select repairs.

What’s Covered:

  • Replacement parts (batteries & other internal parts) carry a warranty of [typically 30-90 days] depending on the part and availability. However, mobile external parts like display & screen replacements are not covered under warranty or guarantee as generally we do not receive any warranty or guarantee from suppliers or dealers.
  • The warranty applies to parts and labor related to the original repair

What’s Not Covered:

  • Physical damage after the repair (e.g., cracked screen, water damage is not covered under warrantee or guarantee as per the policies)
  • Damage due to mishandling, dropping, or unauthorized tampering
  • Devices that have been opened or repaired elsewhere post-service

Warranty Claims:

  • Must present the original receipt or service record
  • Contact must be made within the warranty period
